Introducing Single Shot
Poor Monday. Monday gets a bad rap. Blue Monday. Tell me why I don't like Mondays. Manic Monday. But Monday has something the other days of the week lack. It has a freshness. Monday is a time of new beginnings. It's a like a little piece of New Year's Day you get 52 times a year.
And this Monday marks the new beginning of something supremely cool. On this very day, a new service is born into the world. It's called Single Shot. Five days a week, Single Shot will bring you the very best L.A. has to offer. Something new. Something worth knowing about. Something you won't want to miss. In your email inbox. Every weekday.
And you're in on the ground floor. You're here from day one. How did you come to be so lucky? Well the truth is, you happened to be a handful of zeros and ones in somebody's online address book. But that doesn't mean you have no options. At the bottom of every Single Shot message there is an option to unsubscribe yourself from the list. But why would you want to do that and miss out on something so terrifically cool?
Also -- and much more importantly -- on every Single Shot message there is a link called "Forward to a Friend." This is where you hold a lot of power. Invite a friend to subscribe to Single Shot and spread the goodness around. Share the wealth. Gain power by empowering others. If nothing else, it's good karma.
Daily Single Shot messages will come to you from "bang@singleshot.net". To stay on the list, please add this address to your email contacts and list us as a friend in your spam filter. Spam filters are like bullet-proof underwear.
As a brand spanking new service, we know we're in for a wild ride. We invite your comments, suggestions, feedback and tips. You can get them to us by visiting http://www.singleshot.net and clicking on "Contact Us." We look forward to hearing from you.
We offer many thanks to you for jumping on board right from the beginning and look forward to delivering many fine shots to you in the days, weeks, and hopefully years to come.
Thanks and best regards,
Single Shot
